Atlantic Broadband was formed in 2003 and is the 12^th largest cable television system operator in the United States. It operates certain cable systems in Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland, West Virginia, Delaware, South Carolina and New York in four main clusters: Western Pennsylvania, Miami Beach, Maryland / Delaware and Aiken, South Carolina. Atlantic Broadband is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cogeco Cable Inc.
