Atlantic Broadband was formed in 2003 and is the 12 th largest cable television system operator in the United States. It operates certain cable systems in Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland, West Virginia, Delaware, South Carolina and New York in four main clusters: Western Pennsylvania, Miami Beach, Maryland / Delaware and Aiken, South Carolina. Atlantic Broadband is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cogeco Cable Inc.
